3. The production, purchasing, and finance departments collaborate to calculate the cost.
4. The sales department provides the customer with a product quotation.
5. Both parties confirm the price, delivery details, and sign both sides of the drawings.
6. Customers pay mold fees upfront without the need for a deposit for molded products.
7. Trial samples are sent to the customer for approval.
8. Upon sample confirmation, the customer pays a deposit for a small batch order.
9. After confirming the small batch, production of a large batch order commences.
10. The business department arranges transportation, shipment date, and customer collection.
11. The finance department reviews all provided documents, confirms goods recovery, completes contract implementation, and archives the documents.
